• The wrong item was received

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photo or video proof.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Minor color or measurement differences

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be returned.
